When reimagining their website, St. Joseph Healthcare leaders and developers put their focus where it mattered most – the patient and visitor experience. After listening and compiling feedback and understanding what matters most, the decision was made to rebuild the site from the ground up. Visitors to the new site can now find information with ease, including quick links from the homepage to find providers, request an appointment, see the variety of services provided, and access the latest patient and visitor information.
“Our new website is the perfect example of collaboration at St. Joseph Healthcare. Many leaders and team members have had a hand in contributing information and feedback that has been extremely valuable in creating a robust, people-centered platform, where patients can connect to the care, education and resources they need for optimal wellness,” said Amy Proffitt, Director of Marketing and Communications. “One new key area of our website is dedicated to wellness. This is an important space for our community to learn about mindfulness and mental health issues, to improve health and well-being through everyday living and for all stages of life.
