Dear Friends,
As the days get shorter and the temperature cools down, I enjoy wearing a cozy sweater and taking time to sit and reflect over hot chocolate or a hearty soup. As we round out 2022, it’s the perfect opportunity to pause, sit and contemplate all that has transpired over the year, and what we’re most grateful for. This is something I encourage my leaders to do, and I encourage each of you to do as well. I am especially grateful for St. Joseph Healthcare’s 75th anniversary and continuing to serve the wonderful people of our community.
Regardless of what change, challenge, or “season” of life you are in, I hope you can find moments of gratitude. This could be visiting those you love; listening to your favorite music on a road trip; or beginning a new book you just can’t put down. I truly believe there are blessings in all things – we just have to slow down and look for them.
My other hope for you, is that you may find gratitude for your health and wellness. We created this issue of thrive to help support you in living your best and healthiest life.
This issue is filled with stories including:

Remember to prioritize your own health and well-being this fall and winter. We can best serve others when we care for ourselves first. Wishing you all peace and good health.
