Candace Davis,  MSN, FNP-BC, CCRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at St. Joseph Internal Medicine.

She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Nursing and she previously served as Executive Clinical Director at Penobscot Community Health Care, where she oversaw clinical operations, training, and mentorship for Advanced Practice Providers.

With a specialization in obesity medicine, Candace offers expertise in managing and treating weight-related health concerns. Her care philosophy emphasizes lifestyle modifications as a primary approach over medication and is rooted in empowering patients with the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their health. When she’s not caring for patients, Candace loves hiking, kayaking, and sharing quality time with her husband and their dog.
