On October 4, St. Joseph Healthcare celebrated its 75th anniversary in a memorable way – by burying its new time capsule full of letters, notable documents and memorabilia, commemorating 75 years of excellence! The time capsule was researched and developed by students at United Technologies Center (UTC).
Dr. David Koffman, Vice-President of Medical Affairs, kicked the event off, followed by Felician Sister Barbara and Sister Edith, who shared some wonderful memories. Reflecting on the transformation of the organization over the past 75 years, Sister Barbara shared, “We pride ourselves on a long-standing history of compassion and servant leadership in our community. That pride and love for the people of the greater Bangor region will continue on for another 75 years.”
Thank you to the leaders, employees and media who attended! The time capsule will be unearthed in 2047 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary!
