Heidi Johnson, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner on our Endocrinology team at St. Joseph Family Medicine – Broadway. Heidi joins us from Dartmouth Health in Lebanon, New Hampshire, where she served as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric diabetes and metabolism.

Heidi is now seeing patients for diabetes, osteoporosis, and thyroid disease management, with plans to expand her practice over time. She is dedicated to empowering her patients by providing resources that promote independence in managing their care. When she’s not caring for patients, Heidi enjoys quality time with her family and exploring her creativity through stained glass art.
