Tony Cicoria MD, PhD, is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a BS in Biology from The Citadel, MD and PhD from the Medical University of South Carolina, and Orthopedic Training at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He spent the majority of his professioinal career in upstate NY where he practiced for 30 years before moving to Maine in 2019. Dr. Cicoria has published many articles and scientific papers, and chaired Orthopedic Meetings on Controversies in Spine Surgery. He has been the subject of numerous books, articles, and podcasts due to his musical compositions and abilities as a result of a near death experience from lighting.
