We are delighted to inform you that Covenant Health and Anthem Maine have reached an agreement on a new contract. This means that patients of St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston and St. Joseph Healthcare in Bangor will continue to have uninterrupted access to the care and services we offer.
What Our New Contract Means to You:
- Mary Health System in Lewiston and St. Joseph Healthcare in Bangor will continue to be considered in-network for Anthem members.
- You will continue to have access to the provider(s) you currently see and the full range of inpatient and outpatient services we offer.
- You will continue to access care the same way you have in the past, using the same methods you use today.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we are confident that the extra time spent in discussion with Anthem will ensure we have the resources necessary to provide you and your family the highest quality care and experience possible .
In addition, our discussions have opened dialogue on ways that we can work together to streamline the claims process and reduce paperwork for our providers and patients alike.
